Roger Howarth Biography
Roger Howarth (born September 13, 1968) is an American actor known for his work in soap operas. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Todd Manning on the daytime drama One Life to Live (OLTL), a role that earned him a Daytime Emmy Award in 1994. After leaving OLTL in 2003, Howarth joined As the World Turns, where he played the character of Paul Ryan until the show's conclusion in 2010. He returned to OLTL in 2011 and transitioned to the role of Franco on General Hospital in 2012. Throughout his career, Howarth has made guest appearances in various television shows.
