Roma Maffia

Roma Maffia (born May 31, 1958) is an American actress known for her role as Grace Alvarez on the television series 'Profiler' from 1996 to 2000. Maffia, of mixed English, German, and West Indian descent, grew up in Brooklyn, New York. She began her acting career in off-Broadway and off-off-Broadway productions before making her film debut in Ron Howard's 'The Paper' in 1994. Maffia has had guest-starring and recurring roles on popular shows such as 'ER,' 'The West Wing,' and 'Law & Order.' She is also recognized for her performance as Seattle attorney Catherine Alvarez in the film 'Disclosure' (1994) alongside Michael Douglas and Demi Moore.
