Ron Cook Biography
Ron Cook (born 1948) is an English actor known for his work in film, television, and theatre. Born in South Shields, County Durham, Cook began his acting career in the 1970s and has since appeared in numerous productions. He attended Wyken Croft Junior School and Caludon Castle School before graduating from Rose Bruford College. Cook's notable stage credits include the original production of Timberlake Wertenbaker's play Our Country's Good and Conor McPherson's The Seafarer. He received a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 2000 for his role in Juno and the Paycock. Cook has also made appearances in films and TV shows throughout his career.
