Rosanne Katon

Rosanne Katon (born February 5, 1954) is an American model, actress, comedian, and activist. She gained recognition as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month in September 1978, with her centerfold photographed by Mario Casilli. Katon, born in New York City to a Jamaican-born father and an African-American mother, began her career in the mid-1970s. She appeared on Grady, the spin-off of Sanford and Son, and made guest appearances on various shows like Jason of Star Command, What's Happening!!, Good Times, and That's My Mama. Katon also had leading roles in action films like Ebony, Ivory & Jade and The Muthers. Known for her sex kitten roles, she starred in R-rated comedies such as The Swinging Cheerleaders.
