Roslyn Gentle
Roslyn Gentle, also known as Ros Gentle and Roz Gentle, is an Australian actress with over 40 years of experience in acting, coaching, producing, and directing. Born in Gulgong, New South Wales, Australia, Gentle initially pursued a career in music before discovering her true passion for acting. She studied at the National Institute for Dramatic Art (NIDA) and embarked on her acting career in Australia, primarily in television. In 1983, she gained recognition for her role as librarian/prostitute Laura Gardiner/Brandy Carter, an inmate with multiple personality disorder, in the television series 'Prisoner'. Gentle has since spent over 30 years living in the United States, where she continues to act. Additionally, she teaches the Psychology of Performance.
