Rosy McEwen

Rosy McEwen is a British actress known for her performances in film and television. She gained recognition for her role in the TNT series The Alienist (2020) and the Channel 4 drama Close to Me (2021). McEwen's notable film credits include Blue Jean (2022) and Vesper (2022), for which she won a British Independent Film Award. She attended an all-girls Catholic school in London and later studied History of Art at the University of Leeds. McEwen trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has appeared in productions at the Bristol Old Vic and the Manchester Royal Exchange. She has also worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company, earning acclaim for her performances in Timon of Athens and Tamburlaine.
