Sachi Parker

Stephanie Sachiko Parker, born on September 1, 1956, is an American actress known for her work in film and television. Born in Los Angeles, California, she is the only child of actress Shirley MacLaine and businessman Steve Parker. Parker's childhood was marked by her parents' open marriage and their negligence towards her. At the age of two, she was sent to live with her father and his mistress in Japan, visiting her mother only during summers and holidays. Parker endured verbal abuse from her father and was often left alone at home. As a teenager, she attended boarding school in Europe, where she experienced the absence of her parents during Christmas. Despite facing financial challenges, Parker pursued a career in acting.
