Sally Bretton

Sally Bretton, born Sally Davis in 1975/1976, is an English actress known for her roles in various TV shows. She gained popularity for her portrayal of Lucy Adams in the BBC sitcom Not Going Out since 2007 and as Martha Lloyd in the crime drama Death in Paradise between 2016 and 2017, reprising her role in the spin-off Beyond Paradise in 2023. Bretton has also appeared in TV programs like Absolute Power, Green Wing, and The Office. She received training at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London and worked as a drama teacher. Bretton is married to Lee, a photographer, and they have three daughters. She currently resides near Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
