Sam Daly (born March 24, 1984) is an American actor. He is the son of actor Tim Daly and actress Amy Van Nostrand, and the grandson of actor James Daly. Daly attended Moses Brown School where he began studying acting. He graduated from Middlebury College in 2006, majoring in Film and Media Studies, and captained the basketball team during his senior year. Daly showcased his talent on the court, leading his team in scoring with 18 points, all 3-pointers, in a loss to Trinity College. He has appeared in various movies and TV shows.
