Sam Spruell (born 1 January 1977) is a British actor known for his villainous roles in film and television. He is best recognized for portraying Oleg Malankov in Taken 3, Finn in Snow White and the Huntsman, and Swarm in Doctor Who: Flux. Spruell has appeared in notable films such as The Hurt Locker (2008), Defiance (2008), Elizabeth: The Golden Age (2007), and K-19: The Widowmaker (2002). He played hit man Jack 'The Hat' McVitie in the 2015 film Legend. On television, Spruell had recurring roles as Jason Belling in Spooks and Wilkes in P.O.W. In 2012, he starred alongside Charlize Theron in Snow White & the Huntsman.
