Samantha Harris

Samantha Harris (born Samantha Harris Shapiro; November 27, 1973) is an American television presenter, model, and entertainment reporter and actress. She is best known for co-hosting seasons two through nine of Dancing with the Stars alongside Tom Bergeron. Harris also served as a correspondent at Entertainment Tonight from 2010 to 2012 and returned as a co-anchor for the weekend edition in September 2015. Born in Hopkins, Minnesota, she is the daughter of Richard, a rock 'n' roll promoter, and Bonnie Shapiro, a dancer. Harris grew up with a Jewish upbringing and graduated from Northwestern University. She has previous experience as a correspondent for E! News and as the host of THS Investigates.
