Samantha Maloney

Samantha Maloney (born December 11, 1975) is an American musician known for her contributions to the bands Hole and Mötley Crüe. She has also performed live with Eagles of Death Metal and Peaches. Maloney developed a passion for drumming at a young age and received her first drum-kit at five years old. She studied percussion extensively during her time at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City. At sixteen, Maloney auditioned for the post-hardcore band Shift and became their permanent drummer. She chose to prioritize her music career over basketball scholarship offers. Samantha continues to leave her mark on the music industry with her incredible talent and versatility.
