Samantha Womack

Samantha Zoe Womack (née Janus; born 2 November 1972) is an English actress, singer, model, and director known for her work in film, television, and stage. She rose to fame in the mid-1990s with her role as Mandy Wilkins in the sitcom Game On (1995–1998) and went on to star in the BBC One drama Pie in the Sky (1995–1996) and the sitcom Babes in the Wood (1998). Womack gained further recognition for her portrayal of Ronnie Mitchell in the long-running soap opera EastEnders (2007–2011, 2013–2017) and her character Tanya Porter in the Sky One comedy-drama Mount Pleasant (2013–2017). In addition to her acting career, Womack represented the UK in the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest as a singer.
