Sanjeev Bhaskar Biography
Sanjeev Bhaskar (born 31 October 1963) is an English actor, comedian, and television presenter. He gained recognition for his work in the BBC Two sketch comedy series Goodness Gracious Me and as the star of the sitcom The Kumars at No. 42. Bhaskar has also presented and starred in the documentary series India with Sanjeev Bhaskar, where he explored his ancestral home in today's Pakistan. In addition to his comedic roles, Bhaskar has showcased his acting skills in dramas such as The Indian Doctor and Unforgotten. Since 2009, Bhaskar has served as the Chancellor of the University of Sussex. He was honored with an OBE in 2006 and was listed as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy by The Observer in 2003.
