Sara Chase

Sara Chase is an American actress and singer known for her role as Cyndee Pokorny on the Netflix series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, Chase attended Boston University College of Fine Arts. She gained recognition for her performances in the sketch comedy show Jen & Angie at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and Los Angeles. Chase also starred in the pre-Broadway production of Roman Holiday and originated the role of Principal Rosalie Mullins in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Julian Fellowes' off-Broadway production of School of Rock. She has appeared on television in Comedy Central's Michael & Michael Have Issues. Chase's talents extend to Broadway and off-Broadway, including performances in First Date and The Toxic Avenger, for which she received the Best Supporting Actress award from the San Diego Theatre Critics.
