Sarah Badel Biography
Sarah M. Badel (born March 30, 1943) is a retired British stage and film actress. She is best known for her work in the theater, where she has performed in various productions in London's West End and on Broadway. Badel made her acting debut in 1963 with the Bristol Old Vic company's production of Hamlet, and went on to achieve critical acclaim for her performances in plays such as The Clandestine Marriage and The Cherry Orchard. She is the daughter of actors Alan Badel and Yvonne Owen, and was educated at Poles Convent, Hertfordshire. Badel trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and is now an Associate Member.
