Sarah Colonna

Sarah Noel Colonna (born December 29, 1974) is an American stand-up comedian, actress, and comedy writer. She gained recognition as a roundtable regular on the popular E! cable TV network comedy/talk show Chelsea Lately. Born in Wiesbaden, West Germany, Colonna was raised in Farmington, Arkansas. Her mother works as a secretary in a funeral home, while her father was a newspaper sports editor in Los Angeles. Colonna attended the University of Arkansas before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting and stand-up comedy. Prior to her entertainment career, she worked as a bartender. Colonna's stand-up comedy has been featured on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and TBS's 'Stand up or Sit Down Comedy Challenge.' She has also appeared on BBC's The World Stands Up.
