Sarah Shahi

Sarah Shahi, born Aahoo Jahansouzshahi on January 10, 1980, is an American actress and former model. She gained recognition for her roles in various television shows, including Billie in 'Sex/Life,' Carmen in 'The L Word,' Kate Reed in 'Fairly Legal,' and Sameen Shaw in 'Person of Interest.' Additionally, she appeared as Det. Dani Reese in 'Life' and had a supporting role in 'Alias.' In 2018, Shahi starred in the series 'Reverie,' and in 2019, she had a recurring role in 'City on a Hill' and appeared in 'The Rookie.' Born and raised in Euless, Texas, she comes from a diverse background with an Iranian father and a Spanish-Iranian mother.
