Sarena Parmar Biography
Sarena Parmar is a Canadian actress best known for her role as Chandra Mehta on the television show How to Be Indie. Born in Prince George and raised in Kelowna, British Columbia, Parmar graduated from The National Theatre School of Canada. Her family hails from Punjab, India. Parmar has also starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Radio Rebel as Audrey Sharma. In 2013, she appeared in The Animal Project, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Additionally, Parmar showcased her talents as a playwright and actor in the play 'The Orchard (After Chekhov)' at the Shaw Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, during the summer of 2018.
