Sasha Allen

Sasha Sierra Allen, born on June 4, 1982, is an American singer and actress hailing from Harlem, New York. With a passion for music, Allen started her career as a backing vocalist for renowned artists including Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Leona Lewis, and Usher. She joined the Rolling Stones touring band in January 2016 and later became a member of The Pussycat Dolls touring band in May 2020. In addition to her musical accomplishments, Allen showcased her acting talent in the 2009 Broadway revival of 'Hair' and its 2010 West End revival. She also gained recognition as a semi-finalist on the fourth season of 'The Voice' in 2013. Allen's diverse heritage includes a Bermudian grandmother who was among the first people of African descent to attend Juilliard School of Music. She attended LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts in New York City.
