Scott Foley

Scott Kellerman Foley (born July 15, 1972) is an American actor known for his roles in popular television shows such as The Unit, Scrubs, Felicity, and Scandal. He has also appeared in films including Scream 3. Foley has made guest appearances on various series including Grey's Anatomy, Dawson's Creek, and House. Born in Kansas City, Kansas, Foley grew up in various countries due to his father's job as an international banker. The family eventually settled in St. Louis, Missouri. Foley attended Ladue High School before graduating from Clayton High School. His breakout role was playing Noel Crane on Felicity, and he also had recurring guest appearances on Scrubs and Dawson's Creek.
