Scott Reeves, born Gregory Scott Reeves on May 16, 1966, is an American actor and country music singer. He is best known for his roles as Noel Laughlin on ABC's Nashville, Ryan McNeil on The Young and the Restless, and Steven Webber on General Hospital. Reeves co-founded the duo Blue County with Aaron Benward in 2003, and together they recorded an album for Curb Records. They continue to write and perform together worldwide. Reeves also co-wrote Toby Keith's 2011 number 1 single, 'Made in America'. In addition to his music career, Reeves plays in the 80s cover rock band 'Port Chuck' with his General Hospital co-stars. He is married to soap opera actress Melissa Reeves and they have 2 children.
