Scotty Bloch Biography
Scotty Bloch (born Maybelle Scott) was an American East Coast-based stage and television actress. She began her acting career in the 1940s and appeared in various television shows, including the dramatic series Kay O'Brien as Lucille O'Brien and had a recurring role as Jane Curtin's mother on Kate and Allie. In 1980, she showcased her talent on Broadway in Mark Medoff's Children of a Lesser God. Bloch also starred in the Oscar and Palme d'Or-winning 1989 short film The Lunch Date, directed by Adam Davidson. She was married to Daniel Bloch from 1948 until his death in 2013 and had two sons, Andrew and Anthony.
