Sean Mahon Biography
Seán Mahon is an Irish stage and screen actor, best known for his roles in various theater productions and films. He portrayed Nicky Giblin in the Broadway production of The Seafarer and Richard Hannay in The 39 Steps. Mahon also gained recognition for his performance as Michael Hess in the critically acclaimed film, Philomena. In 2014, he received a nomination for Best Lead Actor for his portrayal of Brian McGonigle in the Irish drama, Red Rock. More recently, Mahon joined the cast of EastEnders in 2018, playing the character Ray Kelly, the ex-husband of Mel Owen. Throughout his career, Mahon has showcased his talent and versatility in both stage and screen projects.
