Sean-Marco Vorster

Sean-Marco Vorster is a South African actor, writer, director, and assistant director. He was born on 18 September 1991 in Paarl, South Africa, and completed his high school education at Paarl Boys' High. In 2012, just two weeks after finishing his school finals, Vorster made his film debut in the Afrikaans horror film, Lyfstraf, where he played the supporting role of 'Dietmar'. He studied acting at AFDA, The School for the Creative Economy, while also working as an assistant director on the short film Nantes. Vorster gained recognition for his lead role as 'Jaco du Toit' in the SABC1 youth drama series Amaza in 2014. He also appeared in the film Die Windpomp in the same year. Vorster is married to actress Jay Antsey since 2021.
