Sean Millington

Sean Millington (born February 1, 1968) is a former Canadian Football League (CFL) fullback who is now known for his work as a colour commentator for the CFL's website and the CBC. In addition to his football career, Millington has also acted in several movies and television shows. Millington began his football journey in high school, transitioning from rugby to football and eventually becoming a running back. After attending Simon Fraser University, he tried out for the New York Giants, where he received valuable advice from head coach Bill Parcells. Millington's contributions to the CFL and his versatility in both sports and entertainment have made him a respected figure in the industry.
