Sharon Case

Sharon Case (born February 9, 1971) is an American actress and former model. She began her career at the age of 17 as a model, working briefly in Japan before transitioning to acting. Case gained recognition for her roles on popular daytime soap operas, including General Hospital and As the World Turns. Since 1994, she has portrayed the character Sharon Newman on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless, which has established her as a leading actress on the show. In 1999, Case won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her portrayal of Sharon Newman. Aside from her acting career, Case is also skilled in ballet and jazz dancing. She was previously married to businessman Sandy Corzine from 2007 to 2009.
