Shaun Toub is an Iranian-born American actor known for his roles in popular movies and TV shows. He was born on February 15, 1958, in Tehran, Imperial State of Iran, to an Iranian Jewish family. At the age of 2, he moved to Manchester, England with his mother before returning to Iran and later moving to Switzerland. Toub eventually settled in Nashua, New Hampshire, where he completed his last year of high school. He began pursuing his passion for acting at the young age of five. Toub has appeared in notable films such as Iron Man (2008) and Iron Man 3 (2013), Crash (2004), and The Kite Runner (2007).
