Shay Astar Biography
Shay Astar is an American actress, singer, and songwriter born on September 29, 1981. She gained recognition for her role as August Leffler, a teenage feminist, on the sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun. Astar has also appeared in various television shows and movies, including playing Elizabeth in the Halloween comedy film Ernest Scared Stupid (1991) and Paula Kelly in the Boy Meets World episode 'I Am Not a Crook'. She portrayed Isabella, an imaginary friend, in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode 'Imaginary Friend' in 1992. Additionally, Astar voiced the character Andrea in the cartoon series The Oz Kids. Apart from her acting career, she released the EP Blue Music EP in 2010, followed by her full-length debut album Blue Music in the same year.
