Shelley Calene-Black

Shelley Calene-Black is an American voice actress known for her work in English dubs of Japanese anime films and television series. She has lent her voice to characters in popular anime such as Mireille in Noir, Kyou Fujibayashi in Clannad, Rutile in Land of the Lustrous, Medaka Kurokami in Medaka Box, Hamyuts Meseta in The Book of Bantorra, and Hime in Princess Resurrection. Additionally, she played the lead role of Maria Patterson in the Holocaust film Esther's Diary. Calene-Black, who hails from Texas, received her theater education at the University of Houston and has worked on stage in New York City and with local theater groups like the Alley Theatre and Stages Repertory Theatre.
