Shelly Cole is a former American actress known for her roles in TV movies and TV series. Born in Texas, she began her acting career with various appearances. In 2003, Cole achieved recognition for her main role in the film Prey for Rock & Roll. However, she is best known for portraying the character of Madeline Lynn in the popular TV show Gilmore Girls from 2000 to 2004. Following her retirement from acting, Cole has been working as an acting coach in Denver, Colorado. In 2018, she made her directorial debut with the independent film Body Keepers.
