Shohei Abe

Shohei Abe (阿部 翔平) is a Japanese footballer who plays as a left-back for Shibuya City FC. He started his professional career with Nagoya Grampus in 2006, where he spent eight years and made 226 league appearances. During his time with Nagoya Grampus, he won the J1 League and Emperor's Cup. Abe then transferred to Ventforet Kofu in January 2014, where he played for two seasons and made 75 appearances, scoring twice. In January 2016, he joined JEF United Chiba and made 34 appearances, scoring once. Abe was later loaned back to Ventforet Kofu and made 24 league appearances. He is currently playing for Shibuya City FC.
