Adewusi has appeared in various television shows such as Little Miss Jocelyn, Lewis, My Hero, The Bill, Casualty, Bad Girls, Family Affairs, Emmerdale, and Chewing Gum. Currently, she is starring as Auntie Olu in CBS's Bob Hearts Abishola. Adewusi has also showcased her talent in radio productions for the BBC World Service. Notably, she has performed in the stage production CRAZYBLACKMUTHAFXXKINSELF at the Royal Court Theatre and has been associated with the Intermission Youth Theatre.
