Sierra Aylina McClain is an American actress and singer. She was born on March 16, 1994, in Decatur, Georgia. McClain gained recognition for her role as Sierra in the film Daddy's Little Girls (2007) and had a breakthrough as Nessa Parker in the TV series Empire (2016–2018). She is best known for her portrayal of Tanya Clifton in the show Mindhunter (2019). McClain has also appeared in films such as Honey: Rise Up and Dance (2018) as Tosha and Shrink (2009) as Carina. Currently, she stars as Grace Ryder in the TV series 9-1-1: Lone Star (2020–present). Additionally, McClain is a member of the sibling group Thriii, alongside her sisters Lauryn and China Anne.
