    Signy Coleman (born July 4, 1960) is an American actress known for her work in television. Born in Ross, California, Coleman grew up in Bolinas and attended Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley. She has three siblings. Coleman's notable television roles include a recurring role on the soap opera The Young and the Restless as the blind heroine Hope Adams (1993–97, 2000, 2002, 2008, 2010, 2012) and a role on Guiding Light as Annie Dutton (1998–99, 2003). She has also made appearances on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Human Target, and The X-Files, among others. In film, Coleman has appeared in Relentless III, Indecent Proposal, and 20 Dates.
