Sky Ferreira

Sky Ferreira is an American singer-songwriter, model, and actress. Born on July 8, 1992, she gained recognition as a teenager by uploading videos of herself singing on Myspace. This led to her discovery by producers Bloodshy & Avant and a recording contract with Parlophone in 2009. In 2011, Ferreira released her first EP, As If!, which blended electropop and dance music. Her second EP, Ghost (2012), featured collaborations with Jon Brion and Shirley Manson, and included the critically acclaimed track 'Everything Is Embarrassing'. Ferreira's debut studio album, Night Time, My Time (2013), showcased a departure from her previous style, incorporating experimental indie rock and synth-pop elements.
