Slavko Sobin

Slavko Sobin is a Croatian actor born on November 13, 1984, in Split. He pursued his passion for acting by studying at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, graduating in 2007. After returning to Croatia, Sobin began working as a freelance artist in various theaters, including Merlin Theatre, Open University of Velika Gorica, and DK Dubrava. He made his debut in Split with the plays 'Here he writes about the title of the drama Anti' and 'Fisherman fights.' Sobin gained international recognition when he portrayed a Meereenese fighter in an episode of Game of Thrones called 'Sons of the Harpy' in 2015. He also co-hosted the 2019 Croatian Theatre Awards alongside Bojana Gregorić. Sobin lent his voice to the character Gideon Grey in the Croatian dub of Zootopia (2016). In addition to his theater work, Sobin has appeared in films such as Papillon (2017) and the upcoming movie 97 Minutes. He is known for his roles in Croatian television shows such as 'Crno-bijeli svijet,' 'Ruža vjetrova,' 'Loza,' and 'Najbolje godine.'
