Sonia Almarcha

Sonia Almarcha is a Spanish actress born in 1972 in Pinoso, province of Alicante. She studied at and graduated from Valencia's Dramatic Art School from 1986 to 1989, and also trained at the William Layton lab, taking diverse acting courses. Almarcha made her television debut in 1995 in the series ¡Ay, Señor, Señor! and her film debut in the 1996 film Adosados. She gained recognition for her performance in Jaime Rosales' Solitary Fragments (2007), which earned her a Best New Actress award at the 17th Actors and Actresses Union Awards. Almarcha has appeared in various television shows and films throughout her career.
