Soo Garay

Soo Garay is a Canadian actress born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is best known for her role as Dr. Claire Davison on the TV series Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal. Garay comes from an athletic family, with her mother, Valéria Gyenge, winning an Olympic gold medal for Hungary in 1952, and her father, János Garai, being a former Hungarian water polo player. She began her career on stage and has gained recognition as a theater actor, including notable roles in productions such as Athol Fugard's My Children! My Africa! and Sarah Stanley's version of Romeo and Juliet. Garay was previously married to actor David Hewlett and is fluent in Hungarian.
