Sprague Grayden (born July 21, 1980) is an American actress known for her roles in various television dramas and films. She portrayed schoolteacher Heather Lisinski in the television show Jericho, Karen Kawalski in John Doe, Olivia Taylor in the thriller series 24, and Kristi Rey in the Paranormal Activity film franchise. Grayden was born in Manchester, Massachusetts, and graduated from Barnard College with a degree in American Studies, where she also participated in the drama department. In 2013, she married her 24 co-star Alexis 'Lex' Cassar and the couple welcomed a son in 2014. Grayden is a self-proclaimed science fiction enthusiast and enjoys collecting Pez dispensers. She publicly endorsed Senator Bernie Sanders in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
