Stacey Leilua is a New Zealand actress and producer, born in Auckland in 1982. She is of Samoan, Māori, and Pākehā descent. Leilua attended Unitec Institute of Technology, where she earned a bachelor's degree in performing and screen arts. She has been actively involved in Pasifika theatre in New Zealand since the early 2000s and was a founding member and company director of the Kila Kokonut Krew. In 2021, she gained recognition for her role as Ata Johnson, the mother of Dwayne Johnson, in the comedy show Young Rock. Leilua's notable accomplishment includes co-producing the 2013 musical The Factory, which was hailed as New Zealand's first-ever Pacific musical.
