Stephen Macht

Stephen Macht is an American television and film actor, born on May 1, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Brooklyn Heights, New York, after moving with his mother and brother following his father's death. Macht's acting career took off when he was discovered by a talent scout from Universal Studios while performing at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Canada in 1975. Since then, he has made numerous appearances in TV episodes and movies. One of his notable roles was portraying Yoni Netanyahu in Raid on Entebbe (1977). Macht also had a lead role in The Immigrants (1978), a miniseries depicting the rise of an Italian immigrant's son in San Francisco. He has made appearances in various television shows and movies throughout his career.
