Stephen Manas

Stephen Manas (born July 27, 1992) is a French actor and music composer. He began his career in India, the Philippines, Japan, and the United Kingdom before returning to France. Manas is best known for his recurring role as Richard Montlaur in the Apple TV+ comedy series Ted Lasso, starring Jason Sudeikis. He was born on July 27, 1992, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Yvelines. Growing up in Megève, a ski resort village in the Alps, he developed a passion for skiing, martial arts, and outdoor sports. Inspired by watching Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, he decided to pursue a career in the film industry. In addition to acting, Manas is also skilled in music and plays several instruments.
