Stephen R. Hart (born March 11, 1958) is a Canadian actor known for his height of 6'11" and deep voice. With his hazel eyes and pitch black hair, Hart has gained recognition for portraying sinister villains. He is notably recognized for his role as "The Voice" on the TV show The Current. Hart has appeared in several notable films including Resident Evil: Apocalypse, Silent Hill, Shoot 'Em Up, and Max Payne. Additionally, he played the main antagonist in an episode of the NBC series Fear Itself. Prior to his acting career, Hart served at the Montreal Olympics as an armed escort for International Olympic Delegates while being a member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
