Stephen Rannazzisi (born July 4, 1977) is an American actor and stand-up comedian. He is best known for his role as Kevin MacArthur in the FXX comedy series The League. Rannazzisi was born in Smithtown, New York and graduated from Smithtown High School in 1996. He attended the State University of New York at Oneonta, majoring in communications. Rannazzisi, who is of Italian and Irish descent, falsely claimed to have worked in the South Tower of the World Trade Center during the September 11 attacks. After being confronted by a reporter from The New York Times, he admitted that his story was a lie in September 2015.
