Stephen Yoakam

Stephen Yoakam is an actor known for his appearances in numerous motion pictures and television movies. He is recognized for his guest roles in the renowned Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes 'When It Rains...' and 'The Dogs of War,' where he portrayed the Romulan Subcommander/General Velal.
