Stephnie Weir is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She rose to prominence as a main cast member and writer on the Fox sketch comedy television series Mad TV from 2000 to 2005, earning two Writers Guild of America Award nominations. Weir has had starring roles on various television sitcoms, including Big Day (2006–2007), The Comedians (2015), and Happy Together (2018–2019). In addition to her television work, she starred in the 2017 comedy film Room for Rent. Weir has also worked behind the scenes as a consulting producer for the comedy series Raising Hope. She appeared in Disney's Godmothered and created the comedy series Counter Culture for ABC, which featured an ensemble cast including Kerri Kenney-Silver, Delta Burke, Margo Martindale, and Doris Roberts.
