Steve Coulter

Steve Coulter is a former team owner in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He achieved great success with his team, Xpress Motorsports, winning the Truck Series championship in 2002 and 2003, with drivers Mike Bliss and Travis Kvapil, respectively. Coulter also fielded cars in the Busch Series and occasionally in the Winston Cup Series. In 2005, Coulter made the decision to sell Xpress Motorsports to Dave Fuge. Throughout his career, Coulter played a significant role in the world of NASCAR racing, leaving a lasting impact on the sport.
