    Steve McMichael Biography
    Stephen Douglas McMichael, commonly known as Steve McMichael, was born on October 17, 1957. He is a former professional football player, coach, politician, sports broadcaster, and pro wrestler. McMichael played college football at the University of Texas at Austin, where he excelled as a defensive tackle and earned All-American honors. In the National Football League (NFL), he had a successful 15-year career, playing for the Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, and Green Bay Packers. McMichael was a 2-time Pro-Bowler and 5-time All-Pro, helping the Bears win Super Bowl XX. After retiring from football, he pursued a career in professional wrestling, notably with World Championship Wrestling (WCW), where he was a member of the Four Horsemen stable and a WCW United States Champion. McMichael also served as the head coach of the Chicago Slaughter of the Continental Indoor Football League from 2007 to 2013.
