Steven W. Bailey

Steven W. Bailey (born July 1, 1971) is an American actor. He gained recognition for his role as Steve Williams in the TV show My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance in 2004 and for portraying the character of Joe, a bartender, on the medical drama Grey's Anatomy. Bailey has also made appearances on popular shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, NCIS, Private Practice, and Bunheads. In addition to his television work, he has been featured in numerous commercials. Bailey grew up in Edmonds, Washington, and honed his acting skills in the drama department of Meadowdale High School. He later trained at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco before returning to Seattle to work in local theater and pursue his on-screen career.
